About Jialan Package

Who we are

The company behind Wine Bag Manufacturer is Yiwu Jialan Package Co., Ltd. Jialan Package is the brand name we use with customers. We were founded in 2014 and we're based in Yiwu, a city that knows a lot about packaging and logistics. This site is our range for the term 'wine bag'. That's the core of what we do, so the bags come first here. Boxes are shown as sets with bags.

We don't chase every packaging category. Wine bags and wine boxes are the focus. That means the materials, structures and finishing options you see on this site are the ones we actually run. Not a catalog assembled from a trading company. Buyers in over 30 countries use us for retail gifting, promotions and private label. Most are in Europe and North America.

What we make

The range covers paper wine bags, felt and canvas bags, leather wine bags and Christmas wine bags. For boxes, we make wooden boxes, rigid cardboard boxes, leather boxes, shipping boxes and gift boxes. Structures include lid-and-base, magnetic closure, drawer, foldable, double-door and boxes with handles. Inserts can be velvet trays, EVA foam, blister or moulded pulp.

We also do box-and-bag sets. That's a strong part of this range. A buyer can get a rigid box with a matching paper bag, same facing paper, same foil color. It saves you from sourcing two suppliers and hoping the shades match. For materials, common options are greyboard with specialty paper, kraft paper, white card, gold or silver cardboard, flocked paper and leather-textured paper.

How we work with buyers

We run OEM and ODM projects. You can bring your own design or ask us to develop one from a bottle sample and a reference image. We do design support, structure development, material selection, printing and finishing in-house. To start, send box dimensions or a bottle sample, a reference design, quantity and any special requirements. We'll come back with a blank sample for structure and a printed sample for visual approval.

Before shipment, our in-house checks include a 1.2 meter six-face drop test with a bottle loaded, stacking top load of 40 kg or more for 24 hours, and truck and sea vibration simulation. The insert rule is simple: bottle held at four points, no unsupported neck or shoulder. Shake it ten seconds, no movement. Tilt 45 degrees, no slide. Invert it, no release. Our control tolerance is plus or minus 1 mm on inserts and plus or minus 2 mm on box bodies. Payment is T/T or PayPal. Shipping by air, sea or express.
