Eight steps from brief to shipment

Tell us what you need. We discuss bag type, size, material, print and quantity.

Design confirmation

Our team turns your idea into a workable bag design. You approve the layout before anything is made.

Plate making and proofing

We make plates and produce a proof. You check the proof for color, position and text.

Machine printing

The approved design is printed on the selected paper or fabric. We control color against your Pantone reference.

Machine lamination

A protective film is applied to the printed surface. This adds strength and a clean finish.

Machine box making

For box-and-bag sets, the box structure is formed by machine. Creases and corners are checked for accuracy.

Hand assembly

Bags are folded, glued and finished by hand. Handles, ribbons and other details are attached at this stage.

Quality inspection and packing

Each bag is checked before packing. We pack to prevent movement and damage in transit.

Sample types

We offer two sample types. A blank sample shows the bag structure, material and handle. A printed sample shows the final print, color and finishing. We recommend a printed sample before mass production.

Payment and shipping

We accept T/T and PayPal. Shipping is available by air, sea or express. We work with your forwarder if you have one. Ask about flexible order quantities for custom bags.
