What we control
Board standard
We use greyboard at 1200 g minimum for wine bags and boxes. For spirits, we recommend 1400 g. Facing paper is 157 g minimum specialty or coated. No recycled greyboard, no high-moisture paper.
Insert rule
The bottle is held at four points, never by the neck or shoulder alone. We shake for 10 seconds, tilt 45 degrees, and invert. No movement, no slide, no release.
Control tolerances
Inserts plus or minus 1 mm. Box bodies plus or minus 2 mm. Foldable boxes: creases must not crack, magnet position within 1 mm, corners at 90 degrees when erected.
In-house checks
We run a 1.2 m six-face drop test with a bottle loaded. We stack 40 kg or more on top for 24 hours. We simulate truck and sea vibration. No internal movement allowed.

Can you make a wine bag that fits a non-standard bottle, like a large-format or a spirits bottle?
Yes. That's the main reason buyers come to us instead of buying stock. We build the bag around your bottle's exact height, diameter, neck, and weight. We'll ask for a sample or precise measurements, then adjust the insert and the bag body so the bottle doesn't shift or tear the paper.
How do you make sure the bags don't arrive damaged or looking cheap?
We check every step. Board weight is set before printing. Creases are tested on foldable boxes. We drop test with a bottle loaded, stack 40 kg for 24 hours, and simulate shipping vibration. Color is matched to Pantone and checked at first article and mid-run. Black, deep blue, and burgundy get extra attention because they're the hardest to hold.
