Whisky, brandy and tequila bottles vary more than wine bottles. Two 750 ml bottles can differ in height, shoulder profile, diameter and filled weight. We size inserts from physical samples, not stated capacity, so every bottle sits tight.

Two-Bottle Double-Door Presentation Box

For corporate gifting, the opening moment is the product. A double-door structure exposes both labels at once and turns the inside of the doors into printable space for origin, vintage, serving notes or a client message. It changes how the box is felt before the bottle is touched.

Foldable Export Wine Box

Rigid boxes look good but eat container space. A foldable export wine box ships flat, stores compact at your warehouse, and erects square when you need it. We prove the structure on a physical sample before production.

Multi-Bottle and In-Store Packing

Retail and seasonal volume packs invert the gift-box brief. Structure, stacking and cost come first. When packing happens in store, operator handling becomes part of the design problem. We build multi-bottle boxes and box-and-bag sets around load, handles, dividers and window placement.

Sustainable Wine Packaging

Most sustainable wine packaging fails because the insert material changes but the structure does not. We treat paper, moulded pulp and corrugated as engineering materials. Neck capture, base support, four-point contact and angled location have to do the work. The material matters less when the structure is right.
