How the set is built

Made from the same material family you choose, the box and bag read as one product. White card and kraft keep costs down for volume orders. Silver or gold card gives a metallic surface. On a shelf, it catches light. Corrugated paper adds rigidity if the set will be shipped as a unit or stacked in storage.

Around a 750ml bottle, the box is built. We keep the insert within plus or minus 1 mm and the box body within plus or minus 2 mm. The bottle sits where it should, not rattling or forced. The bag, cut and folded to match the box dimensions, slides in without crushing the corners.

Bottle fit and carrying

We check the insert the same way on every wine set: bottle loaded, then shake for ten seconds. No movement. We tilt the box to 45 degrees; the bottle should not slide. Then we invert it, and the bottle should stay in place. If it fails any of those, the insert is adjusted before production, while the paper bag still must carry the boxed bottle. We test the handle attachment with the full weight inside, and we check that the bag opening does not tear when the box goes in and out. A set that looks good but fails at the handle, as we see it, is not worth shipping.

Where it fits

This set suits retail wine sales, corporate gifts, and event packaging. A winery can use it for a single-bottle release. A liquor store can offer it as an upgrade at the counter. A company hands it out at a dinner or year-end event. But for multi-bottle orders or very fragile bottles needing extra cushioning beyond a standard insert, this set is not the right choice. Yes, but we recommend keeping them close in tone so the set looks intentional, like a black box with a black bag, or a kraft box with a kraft bag. Contrast? We can do that too, but we will show you a digital proof first; no surprises.

What if my bottle is slightly taller than 750ml standard?

Send the exact bottle dimensions or a sample bottle, and we adjust the box height and insert to match. The fit checks are the same: shake, tilt, invert. Bottle moves? We rework the insert before you approve production.

Do you handle shipping and customs?

Shipping goes via DHL, FedEx, or other carriers, and we prepare the export documents. For many destinations we can ship DDP, meaning we handle customs clearance and delivery to your door. Bulk orders get better freight rates.
