2-Bottle Cardboard Wine Gift Box

Made from rigid cardboard with a leather-style surface, this two-bottle wine gift box has a magnetic flap to keep the lid closed and a handle for easy carrying. You can order it with a custom insert shaped to your bottle. That keeps the wine still. It suits wineries, corporate gifts, holiday promotions, and retail packaging. Leather-style finish. The leather-texture surface gives the box a premium look suitable for brand presentation and gift sets.

Customisation

Whether it's the surface material, box dimensions, insert shape, bottle count, or the colors, you can change all of that on your custom order. Logo printing ends up on the lid, side, or inside, and Pantone matching is available. Change the handle style or where you want the magnetic closure too. Send your bottle sample or the dimensions, and we will prepare a blank structural sample first. After that comes a printed sample.

How It Is Built

The box body is rigid cardboard. We use greyboard at 1200 g minimum for the base, with 1400 g recommended if your bottles are on the heavier side. At least 157 g specialty or coated stock makes up the facing paper. This lets the box hold its shape. It also protects what's inside.

Not real leather, the surface is a leather-style paper. You can choose a vintage woodgrain or gold foil paper as well. The flap has a magnetic closure, the handle is attached to the top, and corners are checked at 90 degrees when the box is erected.

Bottle Fit and Carrying

Made specially for your bottle, the insert is custom. We hold the bottle at four points, which means no unsupported neck or shoulder. After assembly, we run our in-house checks: shake the box for 10 seconds and the bottle should not move, tilt it 45 degrees and it should not slide, invert it and it should not release. The insert tolerance is plus or minus 1 mm. The box body tolerance is plus or minus 2 mm. The handle is fixed to the lid. So carrying it never puts pressure on the bottles.

Where It Works

This box fits two-bottle gift sets for wineries, corporate clients, weddings, and holiday promotions; the leather-style finish suits premium retail shelves and brand events. But it is not the cheapest option for high-volume shipping, and it is not meant for bottles that are unusually tall or wide unless we make a new insert. For single or triple bottle versions, the structure adjusts. If stacking in a warehouse is your plan, ask about our top-load test.

Yes, for a single bottle we adjust the structure and insert. The source lists single, double, and triple bottle versions. Weight depends on the chosen materials and dimensions; we can provide an estimate once your bottle specifications are confirmed.

How flexible is the order size?

We accept both small trial runs and larger production programmes. Tell us your quantity and we will propose a production plan that fits.

Do you provide samples before mass production?

Yes. To check structure we send a blank sample and to check visual you'll receive a printed sample. Approve both first. Then we can begin mass production, and during design we provide 3D mockups.
