2-Bottle Wine Glass Set Gift Box

This is a two-bottle wine gift box that also carries two wine glasses. The front panel shows a white horse galloping under a vine in a night sky, printed in orange and blue. It's a set that suits premium wine brands, holiday promotions, or any gifting program where the package has to carry part of the story. The box uses a magnetic opening and a custom foam interior, so the bottles and glasses stay put. You can order it as shown or change the artwork, size, insert, and finish to fit your own line.

Customisation

You can change almost everything on this box. New artwork or logo, different colors, adjusted dimensions for a taller bottle or a different glass shape, a revised insert to hold one bottle and two glasses, or a different finish like soft-touch lamination or gold foil stamping. We send a blank sample for structure approval and a printed sample for visual approval before mass production. How the box is built

The base is 1400g gray board, the weight we recommend for spirits. That's faced with 157g texture paper, printed CMYK, then finished with UV coating and lamination. The lamination gives the surface some resistance to scuffs and fingerprints, which matters on a retail shelf or in a courier van that gets loaded three times before it reaches the customer.

The closure is magnetic, so the box stays shut without a ribbon or sleeve. The insert is a universal card slot liner with a bottle opener, but for this set you'll want the custom foam version that holds two bottles and two wine glasses. Our control tolerance on inserts is plus or minus 1 mm, and on the box body plus or minus 2 mm. Corners are checked at 90 degrees when erected.

Bottle fit and our checks

The foam insert keeps both bottles and both glasses separated. No glass touches glass, and the bottles don't rest on their necks or shoulders. We check every new insert design with a loaded box: shake it for 10 seconds and listen for movement, tilt it 45 degrees and watch for sliding, then invert it and confirm the bottles don't release. If any of those fail, the insert gets reworked before production. Our in-house pre-shipment checks include a 1.2 m six-face drop test with the bottles loaded, stacking top load of 40 kg or more for 24 hours, and vibration simulation for truck and sea freight. You'll get that same standard on this box.

Can I use this box for bottles that are taller or wider than the standard size?

Yes. The box is made to order, so we adjust the internal dimensions and the foam insert to fit your specific bottle and glass. Send us the bottle dimensions or a sample bottle, and we'll confirm the insert holds them at four points with no unsupported neck or shoulder.

Will the orange and blue artwork look the same as the photo?

The photo is a reference. We print CMYK and match Pantone colors where needed. Black, deep blue, and burgundy are the hardest to hold across runs, so if your design uses those, we'll send a first-article approval and pull mid-run samples to check consistency.

Is the box strong enough for shipping as a gift set?
