How the box is built

Bottle fit

Made for one standard wine bottle. The foldable structure means the bottle sits inside a space sized to the bottle dimensions you give us. The insert holds the bottle at four points: two at the body, two at the neck or shoulder. No unsupported neck or shoulder. Then we shake the packed box for 10 seconds, tilt it 45 degrees, invert it. No movement, no slide, no release. If the bottle moves, the box doesn't ship. That's our in-house check, not a lab test, but it catches the same problems.
