How the box is built

The body is multi-layer rigid cardboard, which gives the box its stiffness and clean edges. You can choose a soft-touch finish for a matte, velvety feel or a textured paper for more grip and visual depth. The double doors are cut to meet cleanly in the middle, and we hold corner angles to 90 degrees when erected.

Closure is your call. Magnetic closures keep the doors aligned when closed, and ribbon or metallic elements can be added if you want a more decorative opening. We keep magnet position within plus or minus 1 mm so the doors line up every time.

Bottle fit and checks

We build the insert for your two bottle shapes. Each bottle is held at four points, never by the neck or shoulder alone, and the insert tolerance is plus or minus 1 mm. Before packing, we load the box with your bottles and check three things: shake it for 10 seconds with no movement, tilt it 45 degrees with no slide, and invert it with no release. If it fails any of those, we adjust the insert.

Where it works best

It's not the right choice for high-volume shipping where the box gets stacked and tossed; for that, a shipping box with a simpler insert makes more sense.
