Leather Wine Box with PVC Transparent Window

A leather wine box like this one does a single job: show the bottle without opening it. The label stays in view through a PVC window, while embossed lettering keeps the front from looking blank. As a shelf piece or a gift, it works precisely because the bottle is the selling point. And the metal clasp, along with the leather handle, makes it comfortable to carry or display. Retail wine gifts, promotional programs, buyers who choose this style are the ones with a label worth seeing. You'll spot it in wine shops, at corporate events, inside gift sets where the label matters.

  • Clear window. Can you see the label through the PVC panel without opening the box? That's the only reason it's there.
  • Leather finish. A premium feel, stitched rather than glued, holds up on a shelf or in a gift bag without looking tired.
  • Embossed branding. Pressed into the front, your logo or name gets handled again and again, making the brand hard to miss.
  • Secure closure. The bottle stays put during transport thanks to a metal clasp that doesn't spring open on display.
  • Carry handle. Extra packaging isn't needed when a leather handle lets customers take the box home or to an event.

Customisation

Run the leather color the way your stamping plates read, but know you can also move the cutting die for the front window, swap to the right metal finish on the handle and clasp, emboss the front. Interior fit, dialed to a bottle shape you already use. The request for a set with a matching wine bag lands in one message alongside any of those changes.

How the box is built

The box is leather, stitched together, and that stitching adds strength at the edges with a tailored look. On the front panel, the PVC window is clear enough to read the label yet rigid enough to hold its shape. Not glued, any of it.

Even if someone picks the box up by the handle, the metal clasp mounted on the lid keeps it closed. The handle is matching leather, the corners stay clean, the stitching even, no loose threads or rough edges, suitable for retail and gifting, this box.

Bottle fit and checks

Inside the leather shell, the bottle is aligned to the window and checked three ways before shipping, although these are our in-house checks, not a third-party test. Shaken for 10 seconds? It doesn't move. Held at a 45-degree tilt? No sliding. Turned upside down? Still secure, because the label lines up behind the window. Alignment gets checked during assembly as well, and if you send an unusually tall or wide bottle we adjust the interior dimensions before any full production run begins.

Where it fits

A bottle with a label that deserves attention fits this style, used mostly for retail wine displays, corporate gifts, event giveaways, where opening the box isn't necessary to see what's inside. The courier van, to finish the point, remains the wrong choice, its window and leather need more protection than a plain shipping box. Use a rigid box with an insert there. That box they get handed over in person or on a counter is a far better place for a wine inside leather.

Buyer questions

Can the window be made larger or smaller to fit a specific label?

Yes. To your bottle's label dimensions, the PVC window is cut and shipped as a blank sample to be blessed before anyone starts a real batch. A word or two on the label isn't guessed at: the window is measured to leave every character uncovered.

Is the leather handle strong enough to carry the box with a full bottle?

We stitched that handle into the leather body. Repeated lifting of a loaded box is the check it takes: the handle holds, the clasp engages, nothing lets go.

What if my bottle is a different height or diameter than the standard?

Send us your bottle dimensions. Like, dimensions or a sample is fine but whichever you pick, we adjust the interior at four contact points that cradle the bottle. Then the shake, the tilt, the invert it goes through before shipping, a bottle shaped like yours and a lower cost of risk sitting in front of your office later that week.
