The box size can be modified for your bottle. The lining can be changed to EVA foam or a velvet tray if you prefer. How the box is built

The box uses rigid cardboard, not thin folding carton. The flap top closes over the bottle and keeps the box shape. The kraft paper bag is separate but matches the box in colour and print. The lining inside the box is what holds the bottle. It has a high degree of adhesion, so the bottle does not slide around. The box is structurally sound and can be reused. The bag is made from kraft paper with sturdy carrying handles. The handles are attached to the bag body, not just glued on. This set is not for heavy spirits with thick glass; it is made for standard wine bottles.

Bottle fit we check

The lining is cut for a standard 750ml wine bottle. It grips the bottle body so the neck and shoulder are not unsupported. We check the fit with three simple tests. Shake the closed box for 10 seconds and listen for movement. Tilt the box 45 degrees and see if the bottle slides. Invert the box and confirm the bottle does not release. Our in-house checks include a 1.2 m six-face drop test with a loaded bottle. The bag handles are also tested for carrying weight. If your bottle is taller than a standard 750ml, tell us before ordering. We can adjust the lining, but the standard set is not a universal fit.

Where it fits

Can I order just the bag without the box?

Yes, but this product is sold as a set. If you only need the bag, we have separate paper wine bags in other designs. Ask us for the bag-only options. The box can also be ordered alone if you already have bags.

What if my bottle is not a standard 750ml?

Tell us your bottle dimensions before ordering. We can adjust the lining and box size. The standard set fits most 750ml bottles, but magnums or very wide bottles will need a custom structure. We make a blank sample to check fit first.

The foil print looks shiny. Does it scratch easily?

The foil is stamped into the paper, not printed on top. It resists light scratching during normal handling. For very rough transport, we recommend an outer shipping carton. Our pre-shipment checks include a drop test to catch surface damage.
